Travis & Associates LLC is an office leasing brokerage company which assists its tenant clients in securing office, industrial, or retail space primarily in the metropolitan Atlanta area.  The firm focuses exclusively on representing its tenant clients in their negotiations with landlords.  Travis & Associates handles a range of requirements from re-locations to renewals, expansions, and consolidations.  While the majority of the firm's transactions involve leases, Travis & Associates does assist its clients in purchasing buildings.  In either a leasing or purchase scenario, the firm's clients do not incur any fees for its services as a commission is paid for by the landlord or seller out of a resulting transaction.
